I think I just experienced the most dangerously illegal thing I've ever seen. I think I'm a bit terrified of driving right now. So I'm driving home from work the back way. It really isn't a back way, everyone takes it, but it doesn't involve driving 270, so it's the back way in my opinion. Most of this route is a two way road (one lane each direction). Well I'm driving along minding my own business, and all of a sudden this red truck was driving down the center of the road (which was strange enough as it is) but he had his hand out the window and was flapping it. Now as a recent college graduate I'm used to people trying to make my car fly by sticking their hands out my windows and flapping them. So I just figured this guy was just a freak. So then he passes and as I go to take the turn this freaking peice of farm equipment comes around the corner. Now this wasn't just any farm equipment, this was farm equipment that takes up BOTH lanes! Now what the heck am I supposed to do. I can't go anywhere there isn't a shoulder on this road. I can't really back up, there are cars coming up behind me. I don't really think the guy could see me because this contraption was so huge. So I moved over as far as possible and I kid you not, if I stuck my hand an inch out my window I could have touched the thing! I was terrified. So luckily me and my car are ok. But I'm not so keen on that road anymore.
