This is going to be a post of Jan proportions, but not as deep as he is a deeper person than I. It will be fun though.
I will probably offend some people but I say grow up and get over it. (offending will be a part of Part 2)
I suggest not reading Part One....it was fun for me but probably not fun for you. you get a cookie if you do read it though.

oh and i go to college tomorrow

I just got back from Grand Rapids, Michigan. The place I have lived the longest- 7 years, from 2nd grade through 8th grade. I had so so so so much fun. But it also made me evaluate the last 4 years I have spent apart from Michigan. And even more so the year and a half I have spent in Cumming.

I love the fact that it doesn’t matter how long it has been, but when I see my friends in Michigan, it’s like we haven't missed a day together. We hang out, go out to eat and go shopping and everything is as normal as when I still lived there. No awkwardness. It’s so great. OH and the whether is amazing. No humidity compared to here. I wore my hair straight everyday and it looked amazing. It was amazing.

Ok so let’s get organized....Thursday. Thursday I was cramped in the backseat of a 2005 Ford F-150 as we drove 14 hours from Cumming to Grand Rapids. We did our traditional road trip stops to McDonalds for breakfast and Cracker Barrel for lunch and dinner we always wait until we reach our destination. Not to eventful. We made good time and got to our hotel at about 7:30 and went to the best place in the world: Meijer. What’s fun is that every time I go there, I run into someone I knew from middle school. (I’m serious, every single time.) and we were tired so we went to the pool/hot tub then went to sleep…..well some of us. I was in one of those big hotel rooms with my dad, mom and sister and my sister and it turns out that my dad SNORES LIKE MAD! I barely slept a wink. I put Josh Groban on my CD player but it only blocked out so much sound.

Friday morning I went to Panera Bread for a breakfast/Lunch with two amazing people, Megan (met her in 3rd grade) and Heather (sat next to me in 2nd grade). It was so amazing just talking with them. Hearing what happened to people, what their plans are and just telling fun stories. Then we went to Megan’s house. I love this house. Not because it is special in anyway whatsoever. It’s not particularly big. Not pretty in any special way. It does have a pool and cute pond and it’s a cute house but I don’t like it for these reasons. I love it because it is a house I used to walk or ride my bike to on sunny summer days. A house where I slept over a countless number of times. At 3 I left and went to the Clossons. Family Friends. I love them. They have three children, and I am the youngest out of their three kids plus my brother and sister but my sister fit in somewhere between the other two. The one that is my sister’s age, they went to prom together, is just dang good looking now. Both of our family’s want him and amber to get married but I am like DANG AMBER! If you don’t I will!!! We played a card game named Golf and it’s a lot of fun. Friday night my dad snored again and my CD player ran out of batteries, but when that happens, the radio on the CD player still works so I found a BBC News station and listened to news happenings in the UK while I slept (or attempted to anyway). I like their accents.

Saturday morning I slept in for obvious reasons and my mom left to go shopping and my dad had to be somewhere and my sister had to go do bridesmaid things and I did not hear any of them leave, so when I woke up I was all alone. And didn’t have anything to do. And no food to eat. Then, when my mom came back she had bought a bunch of dorm stuff for me and then wants to yell at me for wasting away my vacation by sleeping!!! Grrrness. So then to appease my mother I went out shopping with her and got a backpack and went out to eat because I was, by then, at starvation. Then there was mad scrambling and getting ready for the wedding. I am not going to lie. I looked hot. I looked the best I think I ever have. No joke. Good thing too because I grew up with the brides little brother. And holy hot dog, not only is he gorgeous, and sings, and plays the piano (he did at the wedding), he is the perfect guy. PERFECT. BUT of coarse his nongirlfriend was there (non because they are going to different colleges and they think it would be easier not dating, although no one could tell the difference). But it was all good because his non-girlfriend was a good friend of mine from school and I hung out with her all night. I sat at the ‘singles’ table at the wedding and that was hilar because no one knew each other and no one talked at all….5 girls 5 guys. You know me….I tried to get everyone talking haha. So I am a blonde and I say “so is everyone here from Georgia?” durrrrrrrrr the wedding in all was gorgeous and fun and we danced all night. More snoring, more BBC. It was actually interesting.

Sunday morning, more sleeping in due to lack of sleep, then church, then Mongolian BBQ with the Clossons. Then, a nap. Then back to the Clossons house for another fun round of golf and ice cream. So much fun.

Monday was the most fun day. I ate at the Hot Dog place that’s in American Pie….really yummy. Then I went for Ice Cream at the famous Jersey Junction and ate it on a bench at the lake with Heather. It was pretty and we talked a lot and that will be in my part 2 of this entry. Then we went shopping which was the most fun I have had shopping with someone. Then we went to Carlos O’ Kelly’s!!!!! MEXICAN YUMMY!!! And went sheet shopping. I went through her phone and called all the boys I knew from middle school and left them messages and telling them to call back.

So when Connor heard I was in town and we wanted to do something he threw a bon fire! Isn’t that sooooo nice! I thought so! So I TON of people (all guys except for one actually haha) I knew from elementary school were there and I can not tell you how much fun it was. It was amazing. Absolutely amazing. My neighbor, Mark who is the same age as me, was there and told everyone this story that one day he was playing basketball with my brother and his brother and I was bored so I wrote the word ‘poop’ n a rock and stood on it and said “Look! I am standing on poop!” and everyone was laughing and I want to go on the record and say that is soooo fabricated! And there were some people that I sorta remembered that were like I remember we had this teacher together and we did this and that and blah blah blah and I didn’t remember ANY of it and I had to be like uhhhh yeahhhh I remmmemmbeer that….??
