so, i figured out the best stress reliever yesterday.

i made a great playlist of angry, upbeat songs and went to the fitness center.

i got on a treadmill, thought about everything that's been bothering me and literally kicked the shit out of myself.

i ran so fast, for 40 minutes.

(if you know me, you know i can't do that usually)

and i feel soooooooo much better.

i think i'll do it again today to keep the good vibes rolling<3

4 weeks and 4 days.
