Lemon Icebox Pie
I seem to have lost my mom's lemon icebox pie recipe. Most of the ones I can find on-line involve baking, and hers did not (I'm also confused -- should it be "hers" or "her's" here?).
The recipe I remember had a spiced graham cracker crust (cinnamon for sure, some of the others like nutmeg or allspice, too, I think) and sweetened condensed milk. I know you partially froze the milk as a first step and it was made in an old-fashioned ice cube tray with the dividers removed.
If any of you have such a recipe, I would be most grateful if you would share it.
