I'll jump right into it.
Thursday, I left Austin early and skipped my Jazz Appreciation class. I was thinking of not skipping but I couldn't get this one turn in ballroom dancing for salsa... I was so frustrated. I should have stayed, I feel guilty and feel like I missed a chunk that I needed. Dan changed plans from dinner Thursday to lunch on Friday... so I called up Sharon and Ashley and we met up.
We ate at Ruby Tuesdays (they've recently been opening up new locations around the periphery of Houston) and dude, their salad bar is the bomb! We all got salad bars to go with our entrees... and ended up not eating our entrees because we got so full on the salad! Yeah, we're going back. It was like Sweet Tomatoes but only the good stuff. Plus their avocado ranch dressing... mmm.
Okay, after that we went to see Wanted. I paid for Sharon's ticket because she didn't want to see it. That's like, $9 right there. Ahhh. Anyway! I LIKED IT A LOT. James McAvoy is sooo yum.
Friday, I met up with Dan for lunch at La Madeleine and it wasn't too awkward at all! And then after, I bummed around at home and ended up going to church for youth service that evening. Serious. Sigh.
Saturday, I bummed around more. I was going to hang out with Sharon and Ashley in the evening but opted out to watch WALL-E with my big brother and sister-in-law. We ate Thai food at this small restaurant near our house and seriously, best Thai food I've ever eaten. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
Sunday, I didn't go to church and left for Austin early (noon). Various members of my family called me around 3 PM and asked where I was and if I had left yet -- yes, I did, I SAID I WAS LEAVING EARLY.
I then played TF2 all day while I should have been doing my jazz appreciation writing assignment. Which I will do during my usual naptime between human sexuality (I have something due today, too, which I finished an hour ago) and ballroom dancing.
