Well, the first week is over and done - not too bad! 12lbs lost and 4 headaches gained! I went to see my LL counsellor last night to collect this week's food - new bars and flavours - hurrah! Here's where I own up that last week I was using out of date packs because I was desperate to start the programme. Only a slight hand slap and instructions to ditch the packs - got off lightly I think. The reason I had to resort to these measures was the fact that I had to be signed off by the LighterLife Medical team because of the small operation that I had last year. Anyway, all is good now and I ready for week 2.
