Attended the fest on Sunday, the 13th. Dropped off a lamp for my mom and her co-workers (they were doing a sort of food stand) then kind of wandered. Spent 3-4 hours doing almost nothing but wandering but I did take some time to take photos AND .. videos! Luckily I got to the stage area in time for when they started. All of them are below. I ran out of camera space eventually, ran across the street to buy a new microSD, only to have my camera battery die. Note to self: MAKE SURE BATTERIES ARE CHARGED. Oh well. Click the cut for everything ♥
(Mom's there with her face turned >> Poking at the coffee and tea, idddkk.)
The stall taken care of my mom's church buddies. They were selling taiyaki ♥
(Oh man the stall next to there sold some really good takoyaki too ~)
♥
Kekeke, sneak shot.
Now some pics of the grounds ...
At the very back of the last pic here is the stage. Eventually got my way to it and caught some performances. Videos below. Sorry that some caught the wind, REALLY LOUD KIDS, etc- More details can be read at the videos' comments. First set of videos has dance company with child and teen performers doing traditional dances, the next few are of other performances.
Obviously not at the stage -- my mom had her break and we came across this. Lolhercommentary.
(She talked about how it'd be nice if more people clapped, etc.)
Now a few more photos ...! >_> After I got a new memory card. xD
This last pic here .. was incredibly amused how this lone guy would air guitar or cheer during this band's performance. :'D
RANDOM FINAL PIC. Though it's hard to see there was a giant pile of BEEEEEEES to my left on this puddle.
Heh. Seeing peoples' reactions was fun.
Overall it was a pretty neat fest. I just wish it had the little ice cream balls on sticks thing they had from previous years. >_> And that I didn't really awkward party with my mom and her friends. There were interesting stalls and sites and yeaaaaaaaaaaaah not really much to say. Hope you enjoy the vids :'D Will be going to the Polish one this Saturday (and FML, last weekend was a Spanish one ;-; --- Imma see how many festivals I can attend this next year. THUS STARTS A "FESTIVALS" TAG! /o/!!)
