(no subject)
Good morrow folks. I've finally *finally* after 3 and some years of having an LJ, got away from the default style and got myself a posh-type layout. You can see it HERE. Ain't it pretty?
I was shoved by itsabigrock pimping THIS post at spring_spangel by the amazing amavel_bel who has made *40* LJ themes. All of them Spike and Angel goodness. Being the Olde Time shipper that I am I went with the 'Lovers Walk' theme - because Awwww! But I swear there is some absolutely juicy lovelyness here - and icons too!
I took one look at the instructions, took some more meds and ran squeaking to karenbear who took pity on my useless soul and slapped the code in post-haste for me. Darling you're a gem!
Now, as my Mum is here, and insisting the fresh air cures all, I am required to go into the garden and look at worms. ::grump::
Oh, which reminds me - My Mum is hooked on Desperate Housewives, which I refuse to watch as the name of it grates on me horribly. Anyway, she has asked me to find any good fanfiction for it. This is a first, and I'd like to give her a good impression of fic, so if anyone can rec anything I'd truly appreciate it. She likes humour, but is very broad minded, so no worries about ratings. That would be cool.
Ok, off to sit in the cold outdoors watching her dig up wildlife. Eww! *g*
