The Air Down There
It's muggy here. Coming on the tail of last year's summer I must not have noticed the more gradual change, but it's ever so slightly oppressive now.
The nights are not quite cold enough to safely warm and be warmed.
It feels almost like home again, but each surface is too newly covered, and must, like water just stirred, be given time to settle before one can see through to its core.
Maybe it's just an underpowered bathroom fan.
