Dear georgiaclaire,

In the modern society, it is in general considered polite to give someone a chance to answer to the question you asked before you ban them.

All the best,
Jenny

Sweetie, why are you even bothering with people like that?
You seem to forget that the internet is the place where the rude, stupid and the "I'm-so-speshuuul" meet and breed.

I suppose that georgiaclaire banned you because of your "tipsy" rant about her problem of living in an abusive household. She really doesn't need more conflict in her life at this time which your post provided. She needs support. Your posts were in no way supportive.

In modern society, siblings "beating up" on one another past a young age, and you said you were in your twenties minimorr, is considered abuse and an assault. Just because you think it is appropriate behavior doesn't mean that it is.

I was shocked at your uncaring post.

Wow, this really did not take long!

As far as I was concerned, dear old Georgia and I were having a civil conversation. I asked her to clarify something for me and she chose to ban me.

I don't know who you are, and I really don't care. I told Georgia that I'm not coddling people because I really don't have the patience and it makes me rather irritated when I have to do so. I offered her my opinion on the things she said, she chose to take that as grounds for banning me from commenting further, which could just as well have cleared up whatever she was in a snit about.

Uncaring? Perhaps, but then again, I really don't give much of a damn about anyone but my closest family and I'm rather happy like that. It assures me that I don't have to deal with leeches and vampires that try to sap my energy out. Been there, done that, and hell, I'm so glad I didn't stick around for the T-shirt.

As for my brother and I, yes, we used to fight like cats and dogs even as older siblings, but there was nothing abusive about it. It happens, deal with ( ... )
