Be Kind and Humble

I don't like it when actors put each other down, especially to make themselves feel better about their own work. I don't like it when they act like they're really great and have everything prepared and under control, when they really aren't prepared or even that good at what they're doing. I just don't like bullshit. Bullshit is bad, and it makes you look very, very stupid and egotistical. I am noticing that more and more actors have a lack of humility in their lives, besides being extremely critical and unsupportive of others. I don't think that's a good thing in this career.

I'm not saying I'm a saint, but I try to be supportive and encouraging to my peers. The last thing we need right now is something to hurt our confidence in our, and in each others, abilities.
