MiniMerlin Photo/Video Scavenger Hunt!
Welcome MiniMerliners! Part of this year's MiniMerlin convention is a photo/video scavenger hunt through Philadelphia! In addition to having a fun adventure (just like Merlin and Arthur!) these pictures and video clips will be used to create an epic convention vid showing MiniMerliners having the time of their lives! The vid will be posted to the community so everyone can relive a little of the fun they had this weekend.
Scavenger Hunt Rules:
-Each team must have no less than 2 people. In addition to the safety aspect of the buddy system, it's also helpful to have one person take a picture while the other person is doing crazy shenanigans on the streets of Philly. Teaming up with roommates is totally acceptable.
-Since these photos are going to be used in a vid that will be posted to this community, it is important that EVERY person in each picture is comfortable having their photo on the internet. There will be NO NAMES (not even LJ ones) posted along with ANY of the pictures, so for the purposes of the vid you will just be an anonymous face, but if it makes you uncomfortable then it's best to stay out of the pictures. You can be the person holding the camera, however. ;)
-The duration of the hunt runs from the time you get your list of objectives until roughly midnight on Saturday. Once I get everyone's submissions, I'll calculate the points and announce the winners on Sunday morning.
-Be like Bradley: Ham it up for the camera. ♥
SUBMISSIONS
To submit the fruits of your labor, come find me in the hotel and have me download the files from your camera or computer onto my external hard drive. Please DELETE any pictures that are misfires or duplicates, since I would prefer not to have the extraneous pictures cluttering up my hard drive.
Alternatively, you can leave a comment to this post with your team name and either a download link (Megaupload or private host only) or a link to the album on your photobucket or flickr account (please make sure these are all in the same album or some photos might not make it into the final point total). You may also email me with this information at ras.elased_star at yahoo dot com.
I'll go over all the rules again at the con when I hand out the list of 'objectives', but if you have any questions feel free to leave a comment here or just grab me at the con. SEE YOU ALL IN A FEW HOURS!!! \o/
