So much drama
OK so I was actually able to get a night off on Tuesday night so I could go see Miss Saigon with Adam. Man I was so excited to leave the newsroom when it was actually light outside!
The play was really good. Well, I have always liked musicals and plays because I used to be in drama. So, I really did enjoy it. If you have never seen it before, I recommend it. But it is a bit weird that every line is sung. It some ways it makes it seem forced and personally I don't think it works too well. I did not expect that ending though.
Watching the play really made me miss doing all that drama stuff I used to do and almost makes me wish I had tried out for more plays. I like to sing and I can act, but gosh darn it I cannot dance for the life of me. I think I have mentioned that I have two left feet. Oh well. I guess I act like a reporter these days ;-)
OH, for those of you who were wondering: Patience really is a virtue, or at least a good thing :-)
