So... does anyone have any good ideas on camping spots in the general St. Louis / St. Charles area?

I'm trying to find one that would also allow fireworks to be shot during the fourth of july, but I am coming up rather lacking.

Cause, y'no, camping is cool.

Well ok originally the plan was that we were going to be all going ouit to my aunts farm, but then that fell through cause she had something come up or something, and then my mom realized that by default she was going to have to have 10-15 teenages all spending the night at her house, which then apparently she believes that we'll all just devolve into a massive orgy the second the lights go out, so she's hesitant to do it. I'm trying to convince her otherwise, cause the likelyhood of that happening is zero (and honestly the only thing I have to worry about is if madeline comes that she knows when to shut up) but yeah.... if it doesn't work out we could all go camping, or we could just camp out in my backyard too, but I'd have to convince her to let us build a fire and all that and not bug us... *shrugs* It's a little up in the air right now, but the main thing is I'm trying to get it so that the group can stay together through the whole night and that we all don't have to go home, cause that's stupid. If push comes to shove we can just go camping. I'd rather stay in the saftey of a house with that large a number of people that I have to be resposible for, but well see.

Well idk I think the camping in the backyard thing might work, theres like that big wooded area back there and if it happenes it's probably going to be that all the boys camp out and then all the girls are locked in the house, cause my mother is like üüüber paranoid. This will happen at like, 2 am though when we're all going to bed so it'll all be good. And that way we'll be staying in different areas... it's pretty much the same setup as at my aunts house, just instead of a giant trailer the boys get downsized to tents, which I don't think we'll mind. My aunt sold the trailer anyway >.<
