Strangest thing.
I went outside to pull in our trash and recycle bins and saw that all the other bins on the street were still full. Then I noticed that not only were our bins empty, but they are brand spanking new bins. Not that I'm complaining, but it's just weird that out of 10 homes on our cul-de-sac, we are the only ones to get new bins. Why? We didn't ask for new ones and our old ones were perfectly fine. I'm not sure if I should approach this mystery from a paranoid point of view, a logical point of view, a "Who cares! They're new!" point of view, or a spiritual/symbolic point of view.
I mean, I could go as far as to interpret this symbolically (like you know, the universe trying to tell me something) as if the trash bin represents my world... out with the old world and in with the new world. And I need to rid myself of old mental garbage and emotional baggage so that I can live my best most happiest life!!
Or, if I'm being paranoid, maybe someone stole our bins so that they could steal our identity. Cuz you know, aside from the things I forgot to shred (oh hai, let me just gleefully hand you things that have our personal information on them), finding out what kind of beer is consumed in this household or what kind of shampoo we use is important when you truly want to steal someone's entire persona. I'm grateful they were nice enough to leave new bins for us. So thoughtful.
But you know, as unfun as the logical can be, logically it's probably just that the new bins were delivered to the wrong address.
Not much of a mystery if that's the case. Oh well, who cares, they're new!! I will display them proudly. The neighbors will be jealous.
weird wacky wild whoa wtf
