On a lazy Sunday afternoon...
Saturdays are OK for naps; Sundays are not. And I've just woken up from a 2 hr one. Then again, I slept poorly last night because the cat kept waking me up, demanding cuddles. But he's so cute!
Been out with said cat 2 times today, both times having to seek shelter due to hail storns. Odd weather.
Watched The Devil wears Prada, Quills and the oddly named Boy Eats Girl last night. Well, that's not the odd name, but the translators decided the best Swedish name for it would be Scary Video 5, which very nearly resulted in us NOT hiring it, until I realized what it was . another RomZomCom, but nothing beats Shaun of the Dead, of course.
Oh, and someone on some IMDB board says the reason zombies can't run is because one of the first things to decompose is the inner-ear liquid that helps us keeps our balance. I love little gems of knowledge like that.
TV is working, BTW. It was b0rked for ages, and now it's fine, just like nothing ever happened. I really don't get it, but I'm so not moving it an inch. Vacuum cleaner's broken now though, great for someone who has one big cat and a birthday party next week...... Just as well I refuse to have a proper party at my house....
