[it's the middle of the night, and she's still awake. or, rather, she's awake again. she had been sleeping, but woke up after a dream, trying not to cry.
unfortunately, it got the best of her, and she's crying anyway, curling up under whatever cover she has and hugging her pillow close to her.
It's muffled, but she's speaking in Chinese, and it's audible.
If anyone can hear, it's obvious that she's crying.
If anyone can understand Chinese, it can be heard that she's softly calling out for her mother and father.
