When it rains...
I ended up not taking the job with Best Buy. I was getting a bad feeling about working there. Not to mention I've had at least two really good job prospects crop up after I said I'd like to join Best Buy. One's a clerical job that's not even 5 minutes away [hey, sitting around doing office work sure beats Best Buy] and the other one is for an assistant editor. It's about 45 minutes away, but it's near my friend. If I get the job I might be able to move in with him.
Things are sort of progressing on the job front. I don't want to hope for too much, in case I might jinx it. I'm sure something will pull through.
On the social front, I'm going to join a gay boiling league. Rather weird, but it's a great way to meet other lesbians and gays. Maybe even get a girlfriend. Who knows.
