Mope mope mope, angst angst angst. There goes the drill, or at least, that's probably what it looks like. Kon's certainly being quieter as usual, and even choosing to do homework on a weekend

Tim had been indulging in similar activities at the Tower, sans the homework. He had finished all of it before he had come to the Tower for the weekend, but looking back now, perhaps he shouldn't have. It might have been a nice distraction.
When he walked into the kitchen, though, he saw that someone had thought of the same thing. He felt awkward being in the same room as Kon, and had avoided him largely during the weekend. He simply didn't know how to approach him.
He had never imagined that Stephanie would come back, after all. Or that he would be forced to tell her that he had chosen another.
Silently, he padded over to the fridge in order to retrieve a bottle of water.
Kon hadn't missed that avoidance, either. But he'd figured that Tim had just needed... time, so he hadn't pressed anything. After all, in the bar... well... there wasn't even words to really describe what had happened, was there?
He just wishes he had some idea what was going on in Tim's head.
He doesn't miss Tim coming in, either, and Kon just watches him for a long moment. He's not sure whether to say anything, but, well... he can't let him go -without- talking to him, either. He's been playing good, but he is worried.
He felt Kon's eyes on him as he crossed the room, his hand holding the handle to the fridge door. He knew that the other boy wasn't blind enough to not have noticed his deliberate avoidance. That he hadn't said anything because he wanted to give Tim time.
Opening the door, he grabbed that bottle of water he had come for. Twisting the top off, he took a swallow before he shut the door of the fridge with his body.
Kon's going to take that as an encouragement and go on. If Tim really wants to be alone again... well, he can indicate that, right?
However, he's really not sure how to handle this. There isn't a guidebook to all the crazyass situations that the bar puts people in... and there darned well should be. It'd come in handy.
