Hairspray audience participation night - because we *are* the nicest kids in town.

Oct 07, 2007 23:09

The producers of Hairspray have released prints of this catchy little musical so that the audience can sing and dance along. Dunedin doesn't have one of these, but will we let this stop us?

Come to the 8.20 showing at Hoyts, Tuesday night, in your best late 50s/early 60s clothes. Dance and sing. Bring hairspray, some lollipops (to salute Penny with), a knife and fork (for John Travolta's part in the finale), a long trench coat for that funny little line in "Good Morning, Baltimore."

If you think of any other props you would like to bring, or lines that need to be yelled at the screen, or songs that you just *have* to get up and dance to, feel free to come along and bring them with you!

And if some of your friends haven't seen the movie yet...this could be an interesting time to bring them.
