down another pound ..
okay so that puts me at 118lbs and 5'7.
and hopefully once my monthly friend has passed i will drop a few more lbs.
i was proud of myself that i did not binge last night even though i wanted to very badly.
i had a yoghurt and about 4 cans of diet coke and felt full :)
had a really nice sleep so woke up refreshed and sort of happy.
iv been looking after my one year old niece all day, it was so tiring.
walked (didn't have a car seat) 3 miles to get a spray tan, i had booked it before i knew i was babysitting
so im sure she's scarred watching me half naked being sprayed with brown stuff!
but its made me feel better, always feel thinner when im tanned.
so then got a bus to town and went shopping for a little while and then sat in starbucks, had a frapp (100 cals)
and fed my niece, she was so good all day and we get on really well - i know shes only 1, but you know when you get that feeling? that a child or a pet likes you? okay that sounds kinda crazy
and then we walked round some more, people are very rude and dont move out of your way, hello iv got a baby in a pushchair?
but then i took her home and she had a nap and my sister has just picked her up.
Im shattered, i didn't know that babies were such hard work, and she's a really well behaved baby. but you literally cannot take your eye off them for a second, like i couldnt try anything on in the stores and i had to take her out of her pushchair and leave it outside when i went to the toilet!
so im tired out and have had the frapp and a fat free yoghurt today. and that is all i will have. my niece has eaten more than i have!
i have work at 7, its 6 now.
my friend wants me to meet her after work, i dont finish until 12 and she wants to go to town, like clubbing.
but i just cant be bothered, im so tired after today.
but in a way i want to, i havent seen this friend for a while, need cheering up and my new shoes came today. they're soo nice!
i may actually put up a picture because i love them! haa im sad like that
on the down side, im going out on monday and me and my group are going to a fancy dress party as barbie super hero's! we've made the capes ourselves, they're so good :) but i'll be the only one in leggings because the cuts on my leg still havent healed ... my fault i know.
