So i have vowed it. Since i have already quit smoking months ago, I need a new resolution. A goal.
I want the good life- we all do- so i have enrolled myself into Goodlife Fitness for the year. I've been doing research on different gyms and this one is the most affordable for me. 30 buck- bi weekly, and it's multi club- which is nice.
I got on to the elliptical last night after work and it just felt so good to work up a thick sweat again. As much um...fun as it is to be voluptuous, i'm bored of it.
So for like 60 bucks a month, and the a metro pass, which i need for work anyway- i have actually managed to save money :P Working out 5+ times a week not only time consuming but kind of changes your choices. You opt out of going to the bar and spend money, or a movie, or mindless spending on food and crap. So i have managed to upgrade my savings by like 200 bucks, and upgrade my health!
Sounds like a good deal! Plus i'm hard pressed not to stick with it because i'm paying for it :)
