Bracing!

I appear to have no hot water. Boiler comes on, radiators warm up but water never gets above lukewarm at best (and only when central heating is on). I assume therefore the circulating pump's gone. Now, to find a suitable engineer.

Guess showers are going to be bracing for a few days...
