Not such a daft idea after all?
A few years ago, a friend and I were discussing how airsoft scenarios which went beyond the generic "attack/defend building X" seemed to be based in former Soviet or Yugoslav republics or the Middle East. Then the idea of the Belgian Civil War came to us with scenarios based on fighting for control of Trappist breweries and waffle factories, with covert assistance to the Flemish and Walloon factions from Dutch and French Special Forces etc. etc. All very silly.
