Notes from the corner

OK, OK, I've been told off for not updating and I can take a bollocking like a man.

You'd believe from my comments that I'm at it like a rabbit morning, noon and night. Sadly, dear reader, it is not so. I live with a beautiful girl, ten years my junior and we are in most ways, Soul-mates, but like all long term relationships (11 years and counting) we are in a dry spell (you know, like the Sahara).

We are in the late stages of a master plan to emigrate, but that has given us differing agendas and we are rarely in the right mood at the right time. Three years ago she was on the cusp of agreeing to a little swinging and excitement, but now we aren't even doing each other enough and I'm struggling for inspiration. Suggestions? Please don't go down the flowers, lingerie, weekends away, surprise holidays route, because we've done all that endlessly. Our problem is much more basic. I'm hoping that the removal of jobs, sofas, televisions, local pubs, mortgages and stress will jerk us back to life, but I'd welcome help. There's no pulse "CLEAR"
