Tokage is Male. I'm pretty sure that was his original form before he went body-snatching from the way he refers to the female body as weak. HOWEVER I will be using "she" to avoid confusion and "he" when Tokage changes form.
Tokage can cause disturbances in the spirit stream. Which means if your character is supernaturally sensitive, you'll notice that there's something very inherently wrong about Tokage. Like she's stinking up the place. Feel free to notice this! Or have it affect you.
Tokage ate a god. Now I know we have a few Gods in camp. Again, feel free to notice the reason to why she's so weird.
