Over the last fourteen days, I posted 14 stories in 9 different fandoms as part of 14valentines, a project to raise awareness of women's issues. It was exhausting, exhilarating, and amazing. I am a little shocked that I managed to pull it off, managed to finish 14 stories by the deadline, and I am equally amazed by everything that everyone else produced in this effort. If you wrote, drew, fan-mixed, knitted, recced, commented on anything produced for the project, pimped the efforts, or otherwise were awesome in the last two weeks, my thanks and awe. Fandom can really manage to rock sometimes.
And mucho extremo love and thanks and gratitude to rageprufrock, who masterminded the entire shenanigan, and vylit, who helped Pru co-mod the project. You guys are two of the most awesome people I know, in so many ways, and I love you both.

My website hasn't been updated since the 5th, I still have a ton of feedback to answer -- I swear, I will get to it soon -- and last night, in the middle of watching Music & Lyrics with triskellita and rageprufrock in a packed movie theater, I completely lost my shit and giggled helplessly, laughing so hard I stopped making noise, for a full five minutes, over a wooden mermaid on Hugh Grant's couch. I have passed loopy and am well into needing to be committed to a mental institution so I can recover. Regardless of my mental condition: thank you so much for your support and your lovely comments on everything I posted for this project; you guys rock.
And now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go to my staff meeting and then take care of some administrative stuff for the Putting The Sports Back In Sports Night challenge, and then I'm going to sleep for a week. ♥
