I think I get to go home early today. I better. If I don't, I might cry.

Fic Recs
+ The Church of What's Happening Now, by hackthis. RPS. Hayden Christensen/Ewan McGregor/Jude Law, PG-13ish. This is just spectacular, the watching, the waiting, the something-more-than-idolizing. And mmmmmm, scorching, even without lots of porn. Go. Read. I'm not much for RPS that isn't LOTR, and I loved this.

+ A Reverse Country Song, In D Minor, by lyra_sena. dS, RayK/Fraser, PG. This kicked my heart in and then patched it all up, and the title is the most clever wonderful thing in the world (except, of course, for the rest of the story), because it really is like that old joke - play a country record backwards and your wife comes back, your dog stops bein' dead and you get your job back. It's like that. You know what I mean.

+ cross my name out and write in yours, by zoetrope. HP. Harry/Draco, R. This is twisted and bittersweet and entirely about obsession, and it's not really what you'd expect at all, and it's exquisite.

+ On Stealing Rusty's Heart and also Couches, by sparky77. Ocean's 11. Rusty/Linus, Rusty/Danny implied, R. Dude. I laughed out loud at work at this story, and in particular at this: Stealing Rusty’s heart was not about love. It was business., which struck me as hilariously funny for some reason. This is funny and awkward and strangely tender, and someone steals a couch. For Linus's own good, you know.

Fandom:
+ The Numbers. Lost. You know, I wish I had enough time to collate a list of every instance of one of Hurley's numbers on the show - but if I did, I'd probably do something else with my time. Interesting, though, if probably irrelevant.

+ Lucas has an idea for another Star Wars prequel. But is this a reliable site? I have no idea.

Random Crap Wot I Found On The Internet:
+ How Lightsabers Work. *snerk* Link from bear.

+ Legal walls to paint graffiti on in London.

+ Stump the Sith Lord. It's on a Burger King site, but it's pretty damn funny regardless.

+ A company in the UK is launching an in-car toilet. Well. I have no response to that at all.
