What A Year!
It's Christmas, I'm sitting at home in a pile of snow, enjoying time with my family and looking back at an awesome year, oh my!
What happened?
- finished my training (and swore not to start studying again in the near future, no way!)
- bought a bunch of shiny new things (thanks to my employer and the bank)
- moved (just several thousand kilometers to a country I'd never been before)
- started to work for real (and after a few months I still like it)
- fell in and out of love (painful but nonetheless an experience not to have missed)
- had amazing sex (never with the guy I was in love with and in really obscure locations)
- traveled (including the best holiday I ever had so far, no kidding!)
- found a lovely horse to care for (not thinking about leaving him in four years, oh no!)
- read a lot - both good books and fanfics ("Mortal Instruments" still feels like a bit of each in one interesting package)
- fandoms of the year: Merlin, Kradam, Dragon Age, various others and (of course, the good old never-ending source of joy) HP
- played a brilliant rpg (Dragon Age, best thing to happen after Baldur's Gate and that's saying something!)
- lots of other stuff (that obviously doesn't feel all that important right now)
What's gonna happen in 2011?
- more work
- more riding
- more traveling (especially: repeating and expanding the best holiday ever, this time together with my mum)
- more reading
- more playing (Dragon Age 2 - man, am I looking forward to this!)
- more everything
