Okay, in the last two years it seems that all I obsess over is food: when to eat it, when not to, et cetera. Since my last entry I have gained nearly 20 lbs. I did not think this would happen to me again. The only thing I did differently was stop fasting. It happened mainly because I become a teacher and was REALLY stressed out for a year. The school year is almost over, though. I did fast once, but it was only for two days on juice. I should do three days at least. For health reasons I will record what I ate today. It was more than usual:
3 cups of coffee, 1 coke zero, and 4 cups of water, 1 & 1/2 wheat bagels with strawberry cream, 1 peanut butter an jelly sandwich with no sugar added jelly, 1 container of yogurt, 1 orange, 1 bowl of homemade chili (I love my dad's cooking!) , chips and dip (cheese, bean, and hotsauce),1 brownie, 2 wheat fig newtons
Oh lord! I cannot believe I ate all that sugar! I have PMS, so it might be why I am craving it at the moment.
I'm now 27 and putting on weight. I can't do this because I want to have a family and stay healthy. I met this wonderful guy and I can't let anything happen to my life.
I will fast again, but I must figure out when. Maybe May 25, 27, and 27.
