Is tired...
I don't know why b/c I slept really well last night.
Anyway, I gotta get ready cause I'm meeting my friend H. who's been in France to visit his family and because he's actually living 1 1/2 hours from my hometown and he's visiting a friend down here we decided to meet up before I'm next with going away for 12 days.
Should be fun. It's just a little complicated cause we have to talk in three languages to get a complete conversation which is kind of funny when there's other people around and listening in. He's French and while my English is a whole lot better than his German, his German is still a whole lot better than my French! Therefore, we sometimes suffer from miscommunication and we have a lot to laugh about.
He's a total cutie, unfortunately, I don't get the butterflies and that's just too bad. I would bet he's going to be a great father... and why am I even thinking about that, when I'm not yet ready for having any children of my own!!!
One thing is quite sad though - he's got to deal with a lot of more or less obvious racism b/c he's black. A truly beautiful dark chocolate kind of black and pearly white teeth *is envious*.
We met b/c he was running around the lake that I use for walking and only b/c I smiled at him every time we met on yet another round he was running, he stopped and we started talking, ending with exchanging our phone numbers and email addies. We've officially met only once but have talked on the phone and written emails.
*is still tired* Really should get my butt moving to be ready on time, me and my bathroom always spend an obscene amount of time together...
