I had salmon for dinner tonight - just sauteed it with some onions - nothing fancy but quite tasty. I love salmon; sadly Samantha does not. She had pizza. FanSee

I wish that i didn't mind seafood...the only times i seem to eat it is when i am sitting on the coast and it's being pulled in super fresh...

Dinner sounds nice - I am trying to make myself cook right now but I am not in the mood. I did make some baked beans which are pretty good.

I love homemade baked beans. I did a couple of pots of them over the winter.
