bad joke of the day and countdown
29 days! 2-9 DAYS! that would be FOUR WEEKS AND ONE DAY! Do you have any idea how excited i am?!?!
Okay i'm excited and really tired. Work seemed to kick my ass lately....so maybe it isn't all work, it could have something to do with watching the hockey games until late or even better (or worse, depending on how you look at it) staying up to finish whatever book i'm currently reading (or rereading in this case). I am totally looking forward to my holidays though :)
So all the super hot, muggy slightly rainy weather has apparently been awesome for hay/alfalfa growth. I have seen several farmer's fields in the area that have already cut/raked/bailed their first cut of hay. I'll put it in perspective: The first cut is normally done around July 1, so we're at least 2 weeks early AND if the weather continues this way, it may be possible for them to get another two or maybe even THREE cuts off. That's a rarity for sure.
Right now, i'm watching Queer as Folk, episode 205. I just finished watching the Pride episode. RIGHT now, Justin just took off his three socks and Brian is sitting infront of the computer, the one he got for Justin so he can draw again, looking dejected. Today is June 16 and here is today's useless Newfoundland fact/trivia:
