33! 3-3! THIRTY-THREE! That would be FOUR WEEKS AND 5 DAYS!
I would love to say that i accomplished a ton of stuff today but i'd be lying and that's not good (or so i've been told). I didn't even get out of bed until 11:30 this morning, but that's all Gibbs' fault. He just looked so damn cute all curled up in his blanket with his chewy.
And from there my day included reading (are you really surprised by this?) and throwing in some laundry. And watching some QAF (i'm on episode 204-the Pride epi!). I am rereading Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series (16 books so far) because she has a new book coming out on June 21, so i want to be prepared! And besides, i wanted to be outside today, Missy said that i can use her kayak whenever i want but it was freezing cold today. Like barely got about 14 degrees. And it was uber windy, so not a fun day to be out in the real world :)
Instead of a joke today, you're getting Newfoundland trivia/weird information/facts: Today is June 12 and here's your info:
Newfoundland's Provincial Flower: The Pitcher Plant, first chosen by Queen Victoria to grace the Newfoundland penny, was named the official flower in 1954. Found in bogs and marshes (which there are a lot of in Newfoundland), the plants leaves trap insects, turning them into much need sustenance in these nutirent-deficient habitats.
