With one week to go until the official release of DARKBEAST REBELLION (pre-order: Amazon | B & N | Indiebound) I’m starting to bounce off the walls with excitement!
For those of you who have somehow missed the news, DARKBEAST REBELLION is my latest traditional fantasy novel. It’s directed to middle grade students, and it’s published under a pen name - Morgan Keyes. You can read more about the book at www.morgankeyes.com.

September 24, 2013, 7:00 p.m., Book Launch Party! Hooray for Books, 1555 King St. Alexandria, Virginia 22314. Morgan will appear with Catherine Jinks.
September 29, 2013, 3:30 p.m., Panel: “Mechanisms, Mystery, and Magic”, Baltimore Book Festival, Mount Vernon Place, Baltimore, Maryland. (Morgan will be in the Children’s Bookstore Tent, with Eden Unger Bowditch, Kit Grindstaff, Maile Meloy, and Jonathan Auxier.)
