Does anybody else have that one person at work who when you have to email them to ask a short question just to double-check something on someone else's behalf, they get all "SHOULD THERE BE A MEMO TO EVERYONE? IS THIS SOMETHING THAT IS IMPORTANT AND I SHOULD TAKE CHARGE OF!?" and you're all, no, thanks for the clarification, I'll get back to the person who asked, because sending out a general memo is just going to confuse all the people who obviously didn't have a question the first time around.
