* Put the Purple bat cervesa in to the secondary fermenter today, monitor closely for 4-5 days --likely ready to bottle and free up next Saturday
* Started the Cabernet today. Transfer next saturday
* Reisling hasn't clarified yet, keep a close eye on it -- as soon as one more carboy frees up, transfer it
* Keep an eye on Last 2 jars of clarifying Sake. Clean jug for transport
* Labels: 4th and vine
* The Chimay/Wheat "Creation" -- no signs of abating, though once done, should be able to Dry hop in bucket with Saaz inside of mesh bag
* Start making plans for mead, and planning collection and storage (frozen) for blueberry juice for blueberry wine and/or blueberry wine (Agave?) -- need one more ingredient ...

That takes care of:
* Prickly Pear Honey Mead
* Peacock Wheat Beer
* Sweet Black Heart Stout Beer
* Monastic Dubbel (Chimay improvement) Beer
* Starry Night
* Purple Bat Cevesa Beer
* Malbec blend Wine
* Reisling Wine
* Sake
* Oaky Cabernet Wine

Only thing left: Irish Red Herbal Beer -- need to start saving the herbs going in it somewhere!
