Magi Stage 24 = Hiroya Fangirl Heaven

Re: Python - this is where I show my age. (g) I didn't have cable growing up, but I did have about 4 PBS stations that I could see, so I grew up on a steady diet of British comedy and SF. I'll admit that it wasn't until I went away to college and became friends with more geeks that I found other people besides my family that loved that stuff. (shrugs) I'm not shocked that your dad loved it, since my parents do also (heck, Mom watches SciFi Fridays as rabidly as I do, and probably would either watch Britcoms or the crappy SciFi Saturday movie if I didn't make her watch Toonami (g)).
Re: Hikaru/Tsubasa - (sighs) I can understand it, though, since Hikaru/Urara is canon, and is a great pairing also. In a way, that's the only problem with Magi - there's a lack of slash/shounen-ai/yaoi/whatevah fic out there, because unless you break canon, you're dealing with incest fic. Plus, 3 of the 4 regular men have female love interests (sighs again, although I also do like Kai/Yamazaki, since she's pretty strong herself)
Re: fic - yvw! I know what you mean - I need to poke my usual beta about that crack Heroes genderbend/AirMyu cast crossover fic I wrote, and I'm still wicked nervous about how I handled my AirMyu faves (since she's not into AirMyu at all, so she can't see if I got them right or not). (sighs)
