unlikely comparisons
OK, so I guess different people can have different opinions on what Steve Jobs meant to them and their lives, the void and sadness it leaves for them... Steve Wozniak's being one of the most affected. I winced when he compared his death to that of John Lennon. Then I heard Martin Luther King and just went, OK your opinion is no longer valid.
Please people, get your mind straight. Stick to the likes of Henry Ford and Thomas Edison - and that he really doesn't really compare to anyone... he actually was the King of modern invention.. And, for some, compare him to a rock star or two if you must. Please note John Lennon and MLK were shot, and that it was beyond shocking.
Sorry for the grumpiness, that just really pissed me off! Also, a shout out to Bill Gates, for I am a PC.
Oh, P.S. Scorsese has made a new documentary about George Harrison, called George Harrison: Living in the Material World that debuts on HBO tonight @ 9pm. Yay, can't wait. It'll be very interesting to hear what everyone has to say. Especially his son Dhani (Danny) who looks and sounds just like him. So much so that it's creepy. And then, of course, let's see what his ex-wife that left him for his best friend Eric Clapton has to say... Can't wait for that o_O
