Gods, show!
I'm possibly still slightly drunk from yesterday (or very badly hangover, you pick) so I'll be short...
Seriously Show, what the Hell was that for?!?!? If there'd be a point of Sam fucking Ruby, I'd be OK with it, I swear. (although I'd prefer a blow-up doll next time plz! Any non-Pamela edition will do.)
But there was like no point in it at all! The bottomline of the story was, that Sam trusted Ruby, because she saved his life...like a billion times (which I'm really grateful for, but I wouldn't have sex with her for that!) Dean shrugging it off with a TMI was plain wrong too, and the fact, that they've explained it with Ruby possessing a nearly-dead body? They've just changed Sam from rapist to necrophile (really, how much did that chick pay for a sex scene with Jared to get Kripke go against the whole fandom?) I don't want scandal and ratings dropping for something no one wanted...
I'm not concerned about Jared and Kripke supporting sexual deviances or morality, I'm concerned about a demon making Sam sleep with her in his grief for Dean, and I don't like the fact that she succeeded. And I'm pissed at Dean that he just took it and swallowed without tearing Sam a new one for doing it. He went all OCD ever time Sam as much as mentioned Ruby's name, now he's ready to welcome her in the family too? It was like that Bela scene in S3...Sam's hot doing it, I know, but they could pick someone who isn't something they were supposed to kill, or is that too much to ask for?
On the other hand, as an afterthought, Kripke may have just made the whole scene to piss people off, and show them that he can do it...or maybe Ruby will have Sam's firstborn child to rule Hell (See? That'd convince me that the scene was needed...)
And because of that two mins, another 43 awesome minutes faded...Castiel saying the girl has to die, I got the shivers from his voice. We got bloodthirsty Sam, and awkward Dean, a big reconciliation scene Winchester style. So, I can't wait for TBC and try to erase Ruby sitting in Sam's lap from my mind and keep only Sam there! :)
