Memory failure of a spontainous nature

My business partner, Peter, forgot that we had a meeting today.

It is understandable in the sense that he does have a lot going on right now. Peter is transitioning to a new college and moving. Even so, it seems a little odd to completely blank out a meeting about the current and future source of our livelihood.

I'm only somewhat nonplussed. The cells connected to the part of my brain that control bemused annoyance only perk up when there is a hint of something false being said.

Normally this whole issue wouldn't even register, but with Peter it's a special case. I'm uniquely dependent on him. After all, he does control 50% of all that is good and holy in my life. At least the bits that connect to magical green nodes of power.

In other news: I would describe the making of a fully rigged, textured, and finely detailed human character model as "easyHard".
