handicapped parking
I was waiting in the car as Tony ran in to the store to pick something up when an expensive sports car with two twenty-something girls pulled into the handicapped parking place next to me. They jumped out and started to walk in the store. I rolled down the window and said, " Did you realize that you parked in a handicapped space?" The driver replied, "Yes, we have a pass!" I looked and did see the pass hanging from the rear view mirror. But then I thought, this is even worse than some idiot who doesn't notice where they parked. One of those girls knows someone who ACTUALLY needs that space and is still willing to take it when she obviously does not need to use that space. Unbelievable!
