Took my mom out to dinner for her birthday. Then we went and saw the remake of one of her favorite movies, The Day The Earth Stood Still. I went in with low expectations. So I was not disappointed. The movie looked good and was mildly entertaining. I think I was more excited by the First Look segment on the Watchmen movie and the X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
