Grad Training
Grad Training began on Sunday and it's hard for me to put into words my feelings of happiness. I truly love my job and my staffs but I also love being around people who share the same passion for what they do as I do.
No doubt, training has been and will continue to be exhausting. However, when I look on the type of exhaust I feel, it's not a begrudging look. For the first time in my life, I feel like I have found something that not only do I Love, but something that I am amazing at. I always wondered if I would find my niche and I have.
Saying goodbye to my first staff tonite was rough. I kept it together well, and some of them were more emotional than I was. I will miss them but at the same time, I have to get ready to welcome a new set of faces into my life.
I can't wait for tomorrow =)
