Cool thing I saw on Bravo's Top Chef. They made two teams to do a menu that focus on two of LA's large Asian community: Team Vietnam and Team Korea. Nice to see that Vietnamese and Korean are getting more play in the mainstage. Go Team Vietnam even though both teams have basically non-Asian people creating the menu. Who cares, just as long as the food is good and the ingredients are fresh and sooo clean.
I just listened to a good tune by Nina Simone "Do what you gotta do". When I can't describe or get things from my mind into words/descriptions, I go and listen to music. Without any disappointment, there is always some tune that matches whatever I'm trying to write about, some poet/song writer whose words match exact/very closely what I'm thinking or going through.
