I am officially a spicy food addict.  I'm not sure how it happened, and I don't know exactly when...  But I haven't gone a day with Tabasco in weeks.

Tabasco is especially good on anything creamy or cheesy. it is my favorite on cheese risotto.

...in addition to Tapatio Goodness, I'd add Cholula and my current favorite: Pepper Plant Sauce.
