Prompt: #06, Push the button
She should go in. She looked at the door and tried to summon up the courage. Everyone had said how helpful the people were in there. She decided to walk to the corner of the street and back again; perhaps then she would make up her mind to do it. She had watched a couple of people coming out, clasping brochures and looking happy. ‘Adult education’ sounded so formal and yet being able to read properly would improve her life so much. All she needed to do was push the button and let the door open to her new future.
