Right. I do so love being inferred as Severus Snape's concubine. Grateful, indeed.

My parents read that.

Thank you, Rita. Such profound and responsible journalism.

The Prophet is a piece of rubbish anyway, and anyone intelligent enough will know not to take anything they speculate to heart.

Even though it doesn't make it okay to say not-truths about someone.

Padma?

I'll try to remember that, but it's still a rather harsh read.

Wrong Patil twin. This is Parvati.

Oh, sorry. I was in Ravenclaw with your sister, so you'll forgive me for assuming, I hope?

No worries. It's our parents' faults they named their twins P. Patil.

I'm assuming this is Mandy Brocklehurst, then?

If we're to place blame upon our parents for their naming traditions... My older sister is Madison, then myself Mandy (short for Miranda), followed by Michael and finally Morgan. Four M.Brocklehursts in all.

I trust you and your sister have fared well since school?

Gods, at least there's only two of us and not four.

We've been alright; had our troubles with the war, as did everyone. How have you been?

Besides the horrific change each month at the full and my career as Snape's whore?

Brilliant...

The werewolf thing I can't help with, but the Prophet is rubbish anyway. No one reads it anymore, and if they do it's pretty much disregarded as ridiculous.

Maybe sometime we can get together for tea or lunch? I live with Lavender Brown, do you remember her? I'm sure she'd be pleased to come along.
