Confused about the way things work
Let me get this straight. How long is one man supposed to take undeniably excessive ammounts of crap from someone who supposedly "loves" him? How long is the kicking and screaming, the belittlement and the insult supposed to last? How long is a man supposed to hold out before he says "fuck it"? How many times is he supposed to ask for an end to the bullshit and pain? What is the limit before giving up? When is he supposed to "fall out of love"? Even then when is he supposed to be able to stop feeling guilty about his abusers needs not being met without him? Does it make him a bad person for wanting to start over either alone, or with someone who will reciprocate the same love that he gives? Wrong to not want to try again with the abuser?
