oh how the tables have turned.
so last night at 8:20, beth (one of the mom's i nanny for) had her third child. jackson reichart heim. i'm glad she named him jackson, it kinda sounds like jasmine.
i've been having lots of money trouble, but i did get paid this week. the only problem is i'm over drawn on my account. see after i get paid, i deposit all my money in my account and then spend it all but like 2 dollars, then i use my card to fill up my gas tank, which over draws me about 60 dollars. i'm no longer driving the jeep so no more 40 dollar fill ups. the only good thing about the mercedes is, one tank of gas will last me 2 weeks.
i havent hung out with mailia in a while, usually she calls me, but she hasnt in a couple days. hmm.
i'm really really really happy right now in my life, it's like things are falling in place just at the right times. i can't even believe, life is great!!!!!
i've decided i want to be real estate agent specializing in staging. thats pretty much when i'm selling someone's house, i go in and re-decorate to make the house sell quicker/for more money. it's amazing what a little bit of paint and some rearranging can do. i'm not going to take interior design classes until the fall, which will hopefully be after i get my real estate liscence.
i will finally be 18 very shortly 4 months and 9 days. yay! 18's gonna bring alot to me, alot of independence. i get to move in to my house, unless it sells before i'm 18, then i'm getting an apartment on west st. i really want the dodge caliber, i like it alot. maybe i'll be able to get a loan once i'm 18 and make payments and shit. i've already priced one out, and if i put enough down, i'll be able to afford the monthly payments. mini fridge in the glove box. hells yeah.
